The LonexLabs FiveM CAD Tablet is an optional paid add-on and does not come included with the main LonexCAD product.

Step 1: Download the Resource

Download the LonexCAD Tablet FiveM resource from your LonexLabs client area after purchasing the add-on. The download will include all required files for the tablet integration.

Step 2: Upload to Resources Folder

Extract the downloaded files and upload the folder to your FiveM server’s resources directory. Example: 
resources/tablet/

Step 3: Configure the Resource

Open the config.lua file inside the resource directory and update the following values:
  • CAD URL – Your LonexLabs CAD installation URL
  • API Key – The API key generated from your CAD system
Ensure the values are entered correctly and saved.

Step 4: Start the Resource

Open your server’s server.cfg file and add the following line: 
ensure tablet
Save the file and restart your FiveM server.

Verification

Once the server has restarted:
  • Confirm the resource starts without errors in the server console.
  • Join the server and verify the tablet loads correctly in-game.
  • Ensure the CAD is reachable from the configured URL.
Important Notes
  • This resource requires an active CAD Tablet module license.
  • Both module activation in the CAD panel **and **FiveM resource installation are required.
  • The CAD Tablet add-on is not included with the base LonexCAD product.
