Before installing or using LonexCAD, please ensure your hosting environment meets the following minimum requirements. Failure to meet these requirements may result in installation issues or unexpected behaviour.

Minimum Requirements

Your hosting environment must support:
  • PHP 8.0 or higher
    Required for modern language features, performance improvements, and security updates.
  • MySQL 5.7 or higher
    Used for data storage, licensing validation, and application configuration.
MariaDB is generally compatible, but behaviour may vary depending on the version and hosting provider.

Third-Party Integrations

The following external services are required for full functionality:
  • Discord Application (OAuth2 enabled)
    Used for authentication and account linking. You will need to create a Discord Application in the Discord Developer Portal and configure OAuth credentials before setup.

Licensing

  • Valid LonexLabs License Key
    A valid license key is required to activate and use LonexLabs products. License validation occurs during installation and periodically thereafter.

Hosting Compatibility

All LonexLabs products are designed to run on Shared Web Hosting. While we cannot guarantee compatibility with every hosting provider, we recommend using SimplisticNode, where our products are actively tested and confirmed to work.
