How to Download Your Product

To download a LonexLabs product, follow the steps below:
  1. Join the official LonexLabs Discord server.
  2. In any Discord channel, run the following command: 
    /download
  3. When prompted, enter the license key for the specific product you wish to download.
  4. The system will automatically validate your license.
If the license is valid, you will receive a direct message (DM) from the LonexLabs bot containing your product download files.

Important Notes

  • Each product has its own unique license key.
  • Ensure your Discord DMs are open so the bot can message you.
  • License validation must succeed before files are delivered.
  • If validation fails, no files will be sent.

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure you are using the correct license key for the product you want to download.
  • Verify that you share the Discord server with the LonexLabs bot.
  • Check your privacy settings to ensure DMs from server members are enabled.
