How to Reissue Your License

  1. Log in to the LonexLabs Client Area at: 
    https://my.lonexlabs.com
  2. Navigate to the service associated with the license you want to update.
  3. Click Manage License.
  4. Check the Reissue option.
  5. Click Save to confirm the change.

After Reissuing

  • Allow 2–3 minutes for the reissue to fully process.
  • Once complete, you can proceed with installation or restart your product.
  • The system will automatically validate against the updated license details.

Important Notes

  • Reissuing a license does not change the license key.
  • Reissuing is safe to perform and does not affect your data.
  • If you continue to experience license validation issues, you may need to force a license recheck within your installation.
